Ingredients:
- Chopped beans – 2 cups
- Finely chopped onion – 1
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1tsp
- Garlic – 2
- Curry leaves – a spring
- Salt
To grind:
- Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Garlic – 2
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Red chilly – 3
Method:
In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, garlic, curry leaves.
Add onions and little salt.
Add beans and salt. Cover and cook till the beans is cooked.
Add the grinded paste and mix well.Let it cook it low flame for 3 mins.
Switch off and serve.
