How to use?
- Just mix 2 tsps of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water. Drink this one to three times a day, ideally before a meal.
- Some people also drink it empty stomach in the morning after waking up.
- Since apple cider vinegar is very acidic you need to dilute it properly. Do not drink it undiluted.
