- Riped banana – 1
- Apple -1(peel off the skin and cut it into cubes)
- Fresh yogurt – 1 cup
- Sugar – 3 tbsp (optional)
- Ice cubes – 9 to 10
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Mix all the ingredients except ice and blend it smoothly. Add ice cubes and serve !!!
