Amla Juice Recipe/ How to make Amla juice/ Gooseberry juice/ Nellikkai Juice
Once I prepared this juice for my father, and ever since then this has become his favourite. I use to make the concentrate and store in fridge. Now it has become popular among my guests too. I love trying this kind of our Traditional Indian recipes which are faded away with time. This is a very healthy juice as it includes amla and curry leaves.
This amla juice tastes very good and it is super healthy too. Amla is a miracle fruit which has some amazing properties. It is extremely rich in Vitamin C. It also has Iron and Calcium. It is very goos for hair growth and skin. It boosts immunity, improves digestion, controls diabetes etc.
Curry leaves are also packed with Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus and Vitamins. It is very good for your hair growth.
Try this Amla juice which is very good for your hair growth and super easy to prepare.
- 10 Amla/ gooseberry
- 15 Curry leaves
- 1/2 cup Water
Clean amla and cut it into pieces.
Clean curry leaves.
Take a blender and grind amla and curry leaves adding 1/2 cup of water.
You can refrigerate this concentrated juice for upto one week.
For serving just add 3-4 tbsp of juice in a glass and add 1 cup of ice water and required salt. Mix well.
