- Potato – 4
- Methi leaves – 1 cup(finely chopped)
- Onion – 1(chopped)
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Red chilly – 2
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Sambhar powder – 1 tsp
Partially boil potatoes adding little salt and keep it aside.
In a kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilly.
Add onions and saute till it turns brown.
Add methi leaves and saute it for 3 to 4 mins.
Add turmeric powder and sambhar powder. Saute for a minute.
Add potatoes and salt. Mix it well. Leave it for 2 mins.
Serve with rasam rice.
