- 2 Boiled potatoes
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Nigella seeds
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- Ghee/ Butter for making parathas
- 3 cups Atta
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Mix atta with sufficient water and make the dough ready. Cover and keep it with a wet cloth.
In a kadai heat oil and add all the ingredients except potato. Cook till the onion becomes translucent. Add smashed potatoes, salt and mix well. (There should not be any lumps while making parathas). Let it cool.
Carefully stuff it inside atta and make parathas.
Serve with some pickle and onions.
