Creamy Garlic Mushroom Spaghetti
- 200 gms Spaghetti
- 200 gms Mushrooms
- 10 nos Garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese anything of your choice
- 1 cup Full fat Milk Or cream
- Chilly flakes
- Italian Mixed herbs
Cook spaghetti adding salt and strain the water.
In a pan heat butter and add chopped mushrooms.Let it absorb all the water and get cooked completely. Keep it aside.
In the same pan add little more butter and add garlic. Saute it for 2 mins.
Add the cheese and milk. Add sufficient salt and combine well.
Add cooked mushrooms and spaghetti. Mix well.
Add parsley, herbs and chilly flakes. Mix well.
